 Dr. Everett will discuss teeth whitening treatments that are available to you. Depending on the degree of darkening and its causes, the degree of whitening can vary from patient to patient. One common treatment involves the use of a bleaching agent that is applied directly to your teeth. Your gums and soft tissues of your mouth are protected by a rubber shield and special gel. A light is used in conjunction with the bleaching agent to enhance its effectiveness.
